Start with Windows protection
WagerLock is installed on the PC, rather than being a list of bookmarks or a browser start page. Download the signed Windows installer, sign in, choose a subscription and set a protection duration. The background service uses Windows DNS and supported-browser policies to filter listed gambling destinations.
After enabling protection, fully exit and reopen your browsers. Reloading a tab alone may leave an old connection or policy in use. If your PC has several browser profiles, check the profiles you use as well.
Chrome and Microsoft Edge
Install WagerLock once on the Windows PC, enable protection, and then close every Chrome and Edge window before opening them again. Check that the WagerLock app shows an active protection duration and current trial or paid access.
Open an ordinary website to confirm normal browsing still works. If a known gambling site you previously used is still accessible, do not assume another browser will be covered: work through the protection troubleshooting checklist. On a work or school PC, existing administrator policies can conflict with the settings WagerLock needs.
Firefox
Firefox has its own browser policies and network settings. Fully quit Firefox after enabling or updating WagerLock, then reopen it. A refresh of an existing casino tab does not reload all browser policies.
Browser VPN features or proxy extensions can provide a route that this release does not reliably filter. WagerLock leaves VPN applications and extensions available; it does not promise that every Firefox network configuration is covered. Check the configuration you use, rather than relying on the Windows installation alone.
Private windows, VPNs and other devices
A private window, a different profile, an unsupported browser or a browser VPN can behave differently. An active subscription does not prove that every route is protected. WagerLock cannot guarantee a complete list of gambling sites or prevent every administrator change.
This download is for Windows x64. It does not install protection on your phone, Mac, another PC or your router. Consider account self-exclusion and other separate barriers for access outside this installation.
Browser content filtering for search results and advertisements is being developed separately. It is not included as a released feature of the current public download.
