Windows gambling blocker
How to block gambling websites on Windows.
Install WagerLock, choose a duration, and enable protection on your PC.
Get started
- Install. Download the signed Windows installer, open WagerLock-Setup.exe, and click Install. Approve the Windows administrator prompt.
- Sign in and subscribe. Open WagerLock from the Start menu. Sign in through your browser. Choose $5/month or $50/year, with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required; cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
- Add a sponsor if you want. A trusted person can receive email alerts if you try to disable or remove protection. Sponsors are optional and encouraged. Get their permission first. Once saved, you cannot remove or change them; they can opt out. Phone numbers can be saved, but texting is coming soon.
- Enable protection. Choose your duration in the app and enable it. Fully close and reopen supported browsers to load the protection policies.
What gets blocked?
WagerLock filters listed gambling websites using Windows DNS and supported-browser policies. The background service starts automatically with Windows.
Some browser VPN extensions, unsupported apps, unlisted websites, and administrator changes can bypass protection. WagerLock cannot guarantee that every gambling site or every route to it is blocked.
WagerLock is for Windows 10 and Windows 11 on x64 PCs. Read about protection, sponsors, and privacy.
When does protection end?
Protection stops when your chosen duration or trial/paid access ends, whichever happens first. Removing the desktop app leaves the blocking service installed.
Subscribe in the app or on the website. To see billing details, update a payment method, or cancel renewal, sign in to your account on the website. Canceling renewal keeps access until the current trial or paid period ends.
